No, your website does not need to be on a maintenance plan to receive support assistance from one of our support team members. However, there will be a minimum fee of $150 for support requests on websites that are not on one of our maintenance plans.
Once you have submitted your ticket online by emailing [email protected], you should receive an automated response letting you know we’ve received it. After that, it is our goal to respond to you within four business hours to let you know the status of your ticket or next steps.
We work diligently to complete your support requests as quickly as possible although the exact time depends on the complexity of your support request. We can provide you with an approximate completion time when providing you with a quote for your support request.
You can pay for your support request using a credit card, debit card or company check. Valorous Circle gladly accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. You will be able to pay for the request in the invoice you will receive in your email or you can call us with your payment information.
You are free to add more tasks to a support request. Any additions to your original request will likely increase your cost.
All support requests are quoted based on the complexity and amount of time it will take us to complete the tasks you’ve requested.
